Shipping Policy

At Classy Pal, we do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible so your embroidered bibs, clothing protectors, and gift items arrive safely and on time.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Custom embroidered items may require additional production time depending on the design, quantity, and personalization details. Most custom orders are processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page or communicated after purchase.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Typical delivery time after shipment is usually 2–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been picked up by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Classy Pal is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in production or has shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first using the tracking information provided. We are happy to assist where possible, but Classy Pal is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Because custom embroidered and personalized items are made specifically for you, please double-check all spelling, names, dates, and design details before submitting your order.

Production begins shortly after an order is placed, so changes or cancellations may not be possible once work has started.
